Method for determining formula of high-modulus anti-fatigue hot recycled asphalt mixture
The invention provides a method for determining a formula of a high-modulus anti-fatigue thermal regeneration asphalt mixture. The method comprises the following steps: S10, measuring the proportion of old asphalt in RAP divided into n grades and the PG high-temperature grade; s20, selecting new asphalt; s30, setting the ratio of each grade of RAP in the reclaimed material; s40, performing grading design on the new aggregate, the new filler and the mineral aggregate in each grade of RAP according to the ratio of each grade of RAP in the reclaimed material, judging whether the requirements can be met or not, if so, executing the step S50, and if not, repeating the steps S30-S40; and S50, substituting the proportion and the PG high-temperature grade of the old asphalt in the RAP, the PG high-temperature grade of the new asphalt and the proportion of each grade of RAP in the reclaimed material into a formula, and judging whether the formula is met or not. And S50, determining the asphalt content in the hot recycled asphalt mixture on the basis of the RAP and the new asphalt when the RAP and the new asphalt meet the requirement, so as to obtain a recycled material formula, and repeating the steps S20 to S50 when the RAP and the new asphalt do not meet the requirement.
