Phosphogypsum foundation curing precast pile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an ardealite foundation curing precast pile, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, weighing 80-92 parts by mass of ardealite, 5-15 parts by mass of cement and 3-5 parts by mass of lime, then adding 10-20% of water based on the total mass of the ardealite, the cement and the lime, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form an ardealite mixture; s2, the cylindrical steel pipe mold is filled with the ardealite mixture; s3, the ardealite mixture in the mold is extruded and compacted through pressurization of a hydraulic machine, and a pile blank is formed; s4, the pile blank is ejected out through a hydraulic machine; and S5, post-maintenance and curing are conducted on the pile blank. The precast pile is formed by extruding and processing a large amount of solid waste ardealite serving as aggregate and a small amount of cement and lime serving as binding materials through a hydraulic machine, particularly, the ardealite can be directly utilized without impurity removal pretreatment, the production cost is low, and the prepared precast pile is high in strength, good in water resistance and good in durability. And a traditional concrete high-strength prestressed pile can be completely replaced.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏地基固化预制桩的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:S1、以质量份计,称取磷石膏80‑92份、水泥5‑15份和石灰3‑5份,然后以磷石膏、水泥和石灰的总质量计加入10%‑20%的水混合搅拌均匀,以形成磷石膏混合料;S2、将磷石膏混合料装填至圆柱形钢管模具内;S3、采用液压机加压将模具内的磷石膏混合料挤压密实,以形成桩胚;S4、采用液压机将桩胚顶出;S5、对桩胚进行后期养护和固化。本发明预制桩是大宗固体废料磷石膏为骨料,通过添加少量水泥、石灰作为胶凝材料,采用液压机挤压加工而成,尤其是磷石膏无需经除杂预处理可直接利用,生产成本低,且制备的预制桩强度高、耐水性好,可完全替代传统的混凝土高强度预应力桩。
