The invention discloses a prestressed concrete cast-in-place pile with high bearing capacity, which is vertically put in a drill hole and comprises two annular steel plates which are vertically distributed, a plurality of rubber sleeves which are connected between the two steel plates, a plurality of rubber sleeves which are annularly distributed, and prestressed tendons which penetrate through the rubber sleeves and the steel plates at the two ends, the top of the rubber sleeve is further connected with a prestressed grouting pipe extending upwards, and the prestressed tendons and the steel plate are fixed through anchoring clamping pieces. Stirrups are fixedly wound on the outer sides of the multiple rubber sleeves, a plurality of stiffening hoops are fixedly installed on the inner sides of the multiple rubber sleeves in the length direction of the isolation pipe, concrete is poured between the two steel plates, and when the concrete reaches the design strength, the prestressed tendons are tensioned, and grouting is conducted in the rubber sleeves through the prestressed grouting pipe. Prestress is evenly applied to the steel plates at the two ends, the structure is simplified, cost is reduced, and the prestress effect is improved.
