The invention discloses a carbon nanotube reinforced carbon-carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of carbon-carbon composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating a carbon fiber preform fully impregnated with a weakly acidic organic acid iron and/or organic acid cobalt solution to 200-600 DEG C in an inert atmosphere, carrying out heat preservation for 1-50 hours, then heating to 900-1100 DEG C, and carrying out chemical vapor deposition reaction in the inert atmosphere and carbon source gas to obtain the carbon nanotube reinforced carbon-carbon composite material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, high in production efficiency and short in production period, and the obtained carbon nanotube reinforced carbon-carbon composite material has excellent interface performance and thermal and mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种碳纳米管增强的碳碳复合材料及其制备方法,属于碳碳复合材料的技术领域。所述制备方法包括:将充分浸渍有弱酸性的有机酸铁和/或有机酸钴溶液的碳纤维预制体在惰性氛围中加热至200‑600℃并保温1‑50h,其后升温至900‑1100℃,并在惰性氛围和碳源气体中进行化学气相沉积反应,得到碳纳米管增强的碳碳复合材料。本发明的制备方法过程简单、生产效率高、生产周期短,所得碳纳米管增强的碳碳复合材料的具有优异的界面性能和热学、力学性能。
