Carbon nanotube modified composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon nanotube modified composite material and a preparation method thereof. The carbon nanotube modified composite material comprises a carbon fiber preform, a carbon nanotube and a ceramic matrix, the carbon fiber prefabricated body is a main body, the carbon nanotubes grow in situ in the carbon fiber prefabricated body, and a conveyed carbon nanotube grid structure is formed in the carbon fiber prefabricated body; and the ceramic matrix is deposited in a gap between the carbon fibers and the carbon nanotubes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon fiber preform, preparing a precursor solution, dipping, performing in-situ growth on the carbon nanotubes, pickling to remove impurities, and depositing the ceramic matrix by a CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) process. According to the method, in-situ growth of the carbon nanotubes in the carbon fiber preform and rapid densification of the ceramic-based composite material are realized, the preparation period of the CVI process is shortened, the production cost is reduced, and the composite material which is good in densification effect, high in ceramic matrix strength and excellent in comprehensive mechanical property is finally obtained.
本发明公开了一种碳纳米管改性的复合材料及其制备方法,包括碳纤维预制体,碳纳米管和陶瓷基体;所述碳纤维预制体为主体,碳纳米管在碳纤维预制体内原位生长,在碳纤维预制体内形成输送的碳纳米管网格结构;所述陶瓷基体沉积在碳纤维以及碳纳米管之间的空隙内。制备方法包括制备碳纤维预制体、配置前驱体溶液、浸渍、碳纳米管原位生长、酸洗除杂、CVI工艺沉积陶瓷基体。本发明实现了碳纳米管在碳纤维预制体中的原位生长和陶瓷基复合材料的快速致密化,缩短了CVI工艺的制备周期,降低了生产成本,并最终获得致密化效果良好、陶瓷基体强度高、综合力学性能优异的复合材料。
