The invention relates to the technical field of bridge pier column construction, and particularly discloses a pier and straining beam integrated pouring formwork system which comprises a pier formwork, a climbing system, a straining beam support and a straining beam formwork. The climbing system comprises jacking equipment, a climbing frame, a ring beam and an operation platform, the jacking equipment is connected with the climbing frame, the ring beam is fixed on the climbing frame, and the operation platform is fixed on the ring beam; the operation platform comprises a construction operation platform and a template mounting and dismounting operation platform, the construction operation platform is located above the ring beam, the template mounting and dismounting operation platform is located below the ring beam, and the template mounting and dismounting operation platform comprises a detachable sub-platform and a fixed sub-platform; the top of the pier template is lower than the bottom of the ring beam during pouring; the straining beam formwork comprises a straining beam bottom formwork and straining beam side formworks located on the two sides of the bottom formwork. The scheme is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, the appearance of a bridge pier is damaged and the construction risk is high when a cross-core rod is adopted for building a straining beam construction platform for straining beam construction.
