The invention discloses an ecological system device for improving the water quality of a flood discharge river channel. The ecological system device is characterized by mainly comprising a floating bed, a fixed rod, a traction chain, an automatic expansion piece, a liquid level meter and a controller, the middle part of the floating bed penetrates through a fixed rod and is connected to an automatic expansion piece through a traction chain; the fixing rod is tubular, and one end of the fixing rod is inserted below the river bottom hardened layer; the other end of the fixing rod is connected with a lengthening assembly through a screw. The automatic expansion piece and the controller are arranged on the bank side of one side of a river channel, and the liquid level meter is arranged in the river channel and transmits data to the controller. When the liquid level meter detects that the water level of the river channel rises and reaches the set height, the floating bed floats upwards to be separated from the fixing rod, the automatic expansion piece is started, and the floating bed is dragged to the shore through the drag chain. The design form of the movable ecological floating bed is optimized, multiple requirements of flood control and ecological landscape are met, flood control safety of the flood discharge river channel is guaranteed, and sustainable development of landscape ecology is promoted.
