The invention discloses a steel pipe pile side and pile end integrated mud jacking device and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a mud jacking straight pipe, a pile end mud jacking ring pipe, a plurality of pile side mud jacking ring pipes, an L-shaped connector and a force transmission pipeline, and the pile end mud jacking ring pipes and the pile side mud jacking ring pipes are installed in the steel pipe pile side through corresponding annular supporting frames; the multiple pile side grouting ring pipes are sequentially distributed along the axis of the steel pipe pile from bottom to top, the pile end grouting ring pipes and the pile side grouting ring pipes are each provided with a plurality of grouting heads, the heads of the grouting heads located on the pile end grouting ring pipes are arranged downwards, and the heads of the grouting heads located on the pile side grouting ring pipes extend out of the outer side of the steel pipe pile. The grouting straight pipe is arranged on the outer side of the steel pipe pile and connected with the pile end grouting ring pipe and the pile side grouting ring pipe through corresponding L-shaped connectors, and the L-shaped connectors are provided with control valves used for controlling opening and closing of the L-shaped connectors. Mud jacking pipes can be saved, the installation efficiency is improved, the safety risk is reduced, and permeation and diffusion of grout around the pile and in the soil body are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种钢管桩桩侧桩端一体化压浆装置及其施工方法,装置包括压浆直管、桩端压浆环管、多个桩侧压浆环管、L形接头和传力管线,桩端压浆环管和桩侧压浆环管通过相应的环形支撑架安装于钢管桩桩侧内,且多个桩侧压浆环管沿钢管桩的轴线自下而上依次分布,桩端压浆环管和桩侧压浆环管均设有若干压浆头,位于桩端压浆环管的压浆头的头部朝下设置,位于桩侧压浆环管的压浆头的头部延伸出钢管桩的外侧;压浆直管设置于钢管桩的外侧,压浆直管通过相应的L形接头分别与桩端压浆环管及桩侧压浆环管连接,L形接头设置有用于控制L形接头通闭的控制阀。本发明可节省压浆管材、提升安装效率、降低安全风险,有利于浆液在桩周和土体内渗透扩散。
