Adjustable trolley formwork system
The adjustable trolley formwork system aims at solving the problems that an existing trolley formwork is poor in formwork system adjusting capacity, and a supporting frame body cannot be adjusted and is inconvenient to move. Two supporting gantries and a plurality of adjustable horizontal beams are connected through bolts to form a supporting frame body, an adjustable cantilever beam is erected on a cross beam located at the top, the other end of the adjustable cantilever beam is detachably connected with a side formwork assembly, a side formwork lifting machine and a wall face supporting lifting machine are arranged on two stand columns of each supporting gantry, and the other end of each side formwork lifting machine is connected to the side formwork assembly. The other ends of the wall face supporting lifters abut against the box culvert, the multiple corner formwork lifters are hinged to the top formwork assembly and the corner formwork panel correspondingly, and the bottoms of the stand columns are connected with the bottom lifters. The formwork moving trolley is arranged at the bottom of the supporting frame body, the two telescopic frames are symmetrically arranged and arranged on the two sides of the main frame in a sleeving mode, one ends of the two supporting guide rods are connected to the top end of the supporting elevator, the other ends of the two supporting guide rods are connected to the telescopic frames on the two sides, and the control system is arranged on the supporting frame body and is in signal connection with the elevator.
