Using method of adjustable trolley formwork system
According to the using method of the adjustable trolley formwork system, the problems that an existing trolley formwork is poor in formwork system adjusting capacity, and a supporting frame body cannot be adjusted and is inconvenient to move are solved. The method comprises the following steps that a supporting frame body and a formwork system which are assembled are arranged on a first construction section, a bottom lifting machine stretches and jacks a formwork jacking assembly to the designed height, an angle formwork lifting machine is controlled to stretch to push an angle formwork panel to be spliced with the formwork jacking assembly, and a side formwork lifting machine is controlled to stretch to push a side formwork assembly to stretch out and be spliced with the angle formwork panel; after construction of a wall body and a top plate of a current construction section of a box culvert structure to be poured is completed, the wall surface supporting lifters are controlled to contract and leave the wall body, and the side formwork lifters, the corner formwork lifters and the bottom lifters are controlled in sequence to contract, so that the supporting frame body and the formwork system can be integrally supported on the formwork moving vehicle; and the formwork moving trolley is controlled to walk to the next construction section of the to-be-poured box culvert structure, and the steps are repeated till concrete pouring construction of the to-be-poured box culvert structure is completed section by section.
本发明的可调台车模架系统的使用方法,针对现有台车模架存在模板系统调节能力差,支撑架体不可调且移动不便的问题。步骤如下:将完成拼装的支撑架体和模板系统置于首个施工段,底部升降机伸长顶升顶模组件至设计高度,控制角模升降机伸长推动角模面板与顶模组件拼合,控制侧模升降机伸长推动侧模组件伸出并与角模面板拼合;拟浇筑箱涵结构当前施工段的墙体和顶板施工完成后,控制墙面支撑升降机收缩离开墙体,依次控制侧模升降机、角模升降机、底部升降机收缩,使得支撑架体和模板系统能够整体支撑于模架移动车,控制模架移动车行走至拟浇筑箱涵结构的下一施工段,如此反复直至逐段完成拟浇筑箱涵结构的混凝土浇筑施工。
