The invention discloses a warehouse structure capable of reducing the throwing range of explosive fragments and a construction method of the warehouse structure, and belongs to the technical field of safety engineering. The warehouse structure is based on the design thought of overall warehouse assembly, high masonry block strength and weak component connection and comprises prefabricated stand columns, assembled walls, prefabricated top plates and inter-column cable-stayed systems. Each assembled wall body comprises a plurality of steel fiber concrete precast blocks which are spliced in a staggered mode, and the multiple assembled wall bodies form an explosives storage space. The prefabricated stand columns are arranged at the connecting positions of the two adjacent spliced wall bodies, and the prefabricated stand columns are higher than the spliced wall bodies. The prefabricated top plate covers the tops of the prefabricated stand columns. The inter-column cable-stayed system comprises carbon fiber ropes arranged between every two adjacent prefabricated stand columns in a crossed mode. Rapid construction can be achieved in a low-cost mode, the throwing speed and the influence range of internal explosion fragments can be reduced from the source, and the safety and the economical efficiency of an explosives warehouse are improved.
