A plurality of movable sliding plates are arranged in the second ball groove in a central symmetry mode, and the bottoms of the connecting balls make contact with the upper end faces of the movable sliding plates. Compared with the prior art, the structure has the advantages that the structure is simple, construction is convenient, and the building cost is reduced; the buffering and damping space is arranged between the lower main body layer and the upper appendage layer, and the shock absorbers are arranged in the floor slabs, so that effective shock resistance of the building is achieved; the shock absorber is made of stainless steel, so that the strength and the corrosion resistance of the shock absorber are ensured; and a plurality of movable sliding plates and lubricating oil are arranged in the second ball groove, so that the buffering effect of the shock absorber is further improved.
