本发明涉及混凝土耐磨固化技术领域,提出了一种钢纤维混凝土耐磨固化剂地面施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、基层处理,混凝土结构板;S2、PE薄膜铺设,采用双层0.2㎜厚塑料薄膜铺设,搭接处使用胶带粘结,宽度不小于200㎜,方法采用人工按规定顺序和方向分区、分块铺设,形成自然松弛并与下方垫层面贴实,不宜打褶、悬空,满铺整个施工区域。采用PE薄膜铺设、安装铠装缝、安装钢筋网片、混凝土浇筑、混凝土整平、耐磨层施工以及密封固化剂硬化层施工多种步骤进行施工,从而得到钢纤维混凝土耐磨固化层,进而提高混泥土的耐磨度,且保证车辆和行人在雨天等恶劣环境条件下安全出行。
