The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete inner frame of an old multi-layer brick-concrete structure building. The construction technological process comprises the steps of construction preparation, construction of additional constructional column foundations and wall surface reinforcing foundations, construction of newly added constructional columns and ring beams, wall surface reinforcing construction, construction of additional channel steel at the bottom of a plate and acceptance. According to the method, by analyzing the damage characteristics, damage reasons and anti-seismic reinforcement mechanisms of main bearing walls of the brick-concrete structure, including the transverse wall and the longitudinal wall, an improvement method is provided for overall reinforcement of constructional columns, ring beams and steel straining beams additionally arranged in an existing brick-concrete structure house; therefore, the overall working performance of newly-added constructional columns, beams and steel straining beams and the reliable connection performance with an original structure are guaranteed, and the anti-seismic reinforcing effect of the brick-concrete structure house is improved.
本发明公开了一种旧有多层砖混结构建筑钢筋混凝土内框加固施工工法,施工工艺流程包括:施工准备→增设构造柱基础及墙面加固基础施工→新增构造柱、圈梁施工→墙面加固施工→板底增设槽钢施工→验收。本发明方法通过分析砖混结构主要的承重墙体包括横墙、纵墙的破坏特征、破坏原因及抗震加固机理,对现有砖混结构房屋内增设构造柱、圈梁、钢拉梁的整体加固提出改进方法,由此保证新加构造柱、梁及钢拉梁的整体工作性能和与原结构的可靠连接性能,提高砖混结构房屋抗震加固的效果。
