The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing ash obtained by mixing a component a and a component b with water to obtain the geopolymer grouting material prepared from bottom mud, wherein the component a is a component obtained by calcining and activating a mixture of bottom mud and an additive, the calcining and activating temperature is 600-800 DEG C, and the additive is an aluminum additive or a silicon additive; and the component b is a single-component or mixed-component alkaline activator. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of environmental protection and energy conservation.
