Preparation method of lightweight waterproof gypsum-based colored facing mortar
The invention relates to a preparation method of light water-resistant gypsum-based colored facing mortar, which is characterized in that phosphorus building gypsum and phosphorus high-strength gypsum are used as raw materials, and heavy calcium carbonate, redispersible latex powder, starch ether, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and a vegetable protein retarder are added to improve the construction effect and water resistance of gypsum mortar. In addition, iron oxide pigments with various colors are further doped, the influence of different pigment doping amounts on the performance of the colored gypsum-based facing mortar is researched, finally, a proper amount of glass beads are added, the characteristic of light weight is beneficial to further reduction of the density of the mortar, further reduction of the self weight of a building and reduction of the load, and meanwhile, the effect of environmental protection is achieved. The addition of the glass beads can effectively prevent the mortar from cracking, so that the durability of a building is improved, toxic and harmful gases are not generated under a high-temperature condition, and various functional additives and pigments are added, so that the physical and chemical properties of the gypsum mortar are improved, and the gypsum mortar is endowed with rich colors; and the high requirements of the modern building industry in the aspects of attractiveness, durability and environmental protection are met.
一种轻质耐水的石膏基彩色饰面砂浆的制备方法,是以磷建筑石膏和磷高强石膏为原料,添加重钙,可再分散性乳胶粉,淀粉醚,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚及植物蛋白缓凝剂,来改善石膏砂浆的施工效果及耐水性能,此外还掺入多种颜色的氧化铁颜料,研究不同颜料掺量对彩色石膏基饰面砂浆性能影响,最后添加了适量的玻化微珠,其质轻的特性有助于进一步降低砂浆的密度,进一步减轻建筑物的自重,减少负荷,同时,玻化微珠的加入可有效防止砂浆开裂,从而提高建筑物的耐久性,高温条件下也不会产生有毒害气体,通过这些添加各种功能性添加剂和颜料,不仅提升了石膏砂浆的物理和化学性能,还赋予其丰富的颜色,满足了现代建筑业在美观、耐久及环保方面的高要求。
