The invention relates to phosphorus building gypsum-based colored facing mortar with high water resistance and a preparation method thereof. The facing mortar comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-90% of phosphorus building gypsum, 10-50% of phosphorus high-strength gypsum, 1-2% of heavy calcium powder, 1-3% of an additive and 5-7% of a pigment, wherein the addition amount of water is 40-50% of the total mass of the phosphorus building gypsum, the phosphorus high-strength gypsum and the heavy calcium powder. The phosphorus building gypsum and the phosphorus high-strength gypsum which are prepared from the industrial waste phosphogypsum are used as raw materials, so that the resource utilization of solid wastes can be realized, and the consumption of non-renewable resources such as natural gypsum can be reduced. The content of calcium sulfate dihydrate in the ardealite is high, the building gypsum and the high-strength gypsum prepared from the ardealite are excellent in performance and have the advantages of high strength, good durability and the like, and new possibility is provided for development of the building industry.
本发明涉及一种具有高耐水性的磷建筑石膏基彩色饰面砂浆及制备方法,该饰面砂浆按配比及重量组份包括以下原料:磷建筑石膏50%‑90%,磷高强石膏10‑50%,重钙粉1‑2%,添加剂1‑3%,颜料5‑7%,水的添加量是磷建筑石膏、磷高强石膏、重钙粉总质量的40‑50%。本发明使用工业废料磷石膏制备的磷建筑石膏、磷高强石膏为原材料,既可以实现固体废弃物资源化利用,还可以减少对天然石膏这种不可再生资源的消耗。磷石膏中的二水硫酸钙含量较高,利用磷石膏制备的建筑石膏和高强石膏在性能上表现优异,具有强度高、耐久性好等优点,为建筑行业的发展提供新的可能性。
