The invention provides a device for preparing ceramsite from municipal sludge. The device comprises a sludge pre-treatment unit, a granulation forming unit and a firing unit which are sequentially arranged from upstream to downstream, the sludge pre-treatment unit comprises a gravity concentration part, a centrifugal dewatering part and a hot air drying part. The gravity concentration part comprises a gravity concentration tank, and propeller blades are arranged in the gravity concentration tank; the centrifugal dewatering part comprises a centrifugal dewatering machine, a rotary drum is arranged in the centrifugal dewatering machine, stepped protrusions are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary drum to prevent sludge from slipping and guarantee the conveying and dewatering effects, the hot air drying part comprises a drying kiln, a spiral shoveling plate is arranged in the drying kiln, and the sludge retention time is greatly prolonged; through the arrangement, gravity, centrifugal force and hot air are utilized to the maximum extent, and the dewatering and drying efficiency of sludge is improved. The problems that in existing sludge treatment, the water content of sludge is high, direct drying energy consumption is large, and cost is high are solved.
本发明提供一种利用市政污泥制备陶粒的装置,包括由上游至下游依次设置的污泥预处单元、造粒成型单元以及烧制单元;污泥预处单元包括有重力浓缩部与离心脱水部以及热风干化部。重力浓缩部包括重力浓缩池,其内设置有螺旋桨叶;离心脱水部包括离心脱水机,其内设置有转鼓,转鼓内壁设置有阶梯状凸起,防止污泥打滑,保证输送和脱水效果,热风干化部包括干化窑,干化窑内设置螺旋抄板,大大延长污泥停留时间;如此设置,最大限度地利用重力、离心力和热风,提升污泥的脱水干化效率。解决了现有污泥处理中存在的污泥含水率高,直接干化能耗大,成本高的问题。
