The invention belongs to the technical field of new materials, and particularly discloses a composite phase-change material, a phase-change temperature-adjusting lightweight ceramic tile and a preparation method of the phase-change temperature-adjusting lightweight ceramic tile. The composite phase change material comprises an organic phase change material, an inorganic phase change material, a nucleating agent and a support matrix, wherein the nucleating agent is selected from at least one of calcium sulfate, magnesium sulfate and hydrates of the calcium sulfate and the magnesium sulfate; the supporting matrix is selected from at least one of expanded graphite, expanded perlite, closed-cell perlite and vitrified microbeads. The light ceramic tile comprises a light green body and a composite phase change material, wherein the composite phase change material is fixed on the upper surface of the light green body through an adhesive. The composite phase change material has good structural stability, and leakage and failure of the phase change material can be effectively prevented; and when the composite material is compounded with a light ceramic tile, the temperature stability in a building can be effectively improved, and the energy efficiency is improved.
