Umbrella-shaped circular tube space truss construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of an umbrella-shaped circular tube space truss. The technical problem that a conventional steel structure high-altitude splicing and welding process is difficult to meet the high-precision appearance quality and configuration requirements of the umbrella-shaped circular tube space truss is solved. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, materials enter a factory to be reinspected; step 2, material pretreatment; step 3, blanking; 4, manufacturing a single piece, erecting a tool and prefabricating a component; fifthly, the prefabricated parts are transported to the site; and sixthly, field installation is conducted, and butt welding seams are welded. Compared with a conventional steel structure high-altitude splicing and welding process, the method can effectively meet the high-precision appearance quality and configuration requirements of umbrella-shaped circular tube space truss construction.
本发明公开了伞状圆管空间桁架施工方法，解决常规钢结构高空拼装及焊接工艺难以满足伞状圆管空间桁架高精度外观质量及构型要求的技术问题。本发明包括以下步骤：步骤一，材料进厂复验；步骤二，材料预处理；步骤三，下料；步骤四，单件制作、工装搭设及构件预制；步骤五，预制构件运输到现场；步骤六，现场安装并对接焊缝焊接。本发明相比常规钢结构高空拼装及焊接工艺，可有效满足伞状圆管空间桁架施工高精度外观质量及构型要求。
