The invention discloses high-thermal-conductivity low-expansion graphite for a rocket engine jet pipe. The high-thermal-conductivity low-expansion graphite is mainly prepared from petroleum coke powder, crystalline flake graphite powder and modified high-temperature asphalt. Wherein the modified high-temperature asphalt is obtained after high-temperature asphalt is subjected to sulfur vulcanization treatment. The preparation method of the graphite comprises the following steps: shaping petroleum coke and crystalline flake graphite, mixing and kneading the shaped petroleum coke and crystalline flake graphite with high-temperature modified pitch, flaking, crushing, standing, carrying out isostatic compaction, carbonizing and dipping, and finally graphitizing to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity low-expansion graphite. According to the graphite, the petroleum coke powder is used as a main material, the crystalline flake graphite is used as an auxiliary material, the sulfur modified asphalt is used as a binder, the types and proportion of aggregates are reasonably matched, the strength index of the graphite is basically kept, meanwhile, the high heat conductivity and the low expansion coefficient of the graphite can be effectively enhanced, and therefore the expansion coefficient difference between the graphite and refractory ceramics is reduced; and the use requirements of rocket engine nozzles are met.
