Super-hydrophobic diamond-like carbon-based coating
The invention provides a super-hydrophobic diamond-like carbon-based coating, which is composed of a hydrogenated amorphous silicon bottom layer, a silicon-fluorine co-doped diamond-like transition layer and a fluorine-doped diamond-like top layer, and is prepared by the following steps: texturing a micro-nano structure on the surface of a base material by using laser, and then depositing a plurality of layers of coatings to obtain the super-hydrophobic diamond-like carbon-based coating. The hydrophobic property of the base material is improved by combining two modes of texturing the surface of the base material and depositing the low-surface-energy coating. The method has the beneficial effect that the surface of the base material is changed from hydrophilic to super-hydrophobic, so that excellent hydrophobic performance is obtained.
本发明提供超疏水类金刚石碳基涂层,该涂层由氢化非晶硅底层,硅、氟共掺杂类金刚石过渡层和氟掺杂类金刚石顶层组成,通过如下步骤制得:利用激光在基材表面织构出微纳米结构,而后沉积多层涂层,通过基材表面织构化和沉积低表面能涂层两种方式相结合,提升基材的疏水性能。本发明具有使得基材表面由亲水转变为超疏水,从而获得优异的疏水性能的有益效果。
