Method for multi-point cable-stayed erection of main cable strands of suspension bridge by using catwalk portal stand columns
The invention relates to a method for multi-point cable-stayed erection of a main cable strand of a suspension bridge by using catwalk portal columns. The method comprises the following steps: erecting a catwalk below a main cable; a traction system is erected above the main cable; a plurality of cable strand rollers are arranged in the catwalk, and the traction system pulls the cable strands to move along the cable strand rollers; a plurality of cable-stayed supports used for pulling and erecting cable strands are installed on the catwalk at intervals in the bridge direction; each cable-stayed support serves as a lifting point position of the cable strand, the cable-stayed supports at the multiple lifting point positions move to the position above the main cable after obliquely pulling the cable strand, and then the cable strand is released to fall into the main cable; and the steps are repeated until all the cable strands are erected. According to the invention, the plurality of cable-stayed brackets are arranged as the plurality of lifting point positions of the cable strand, and the plurality of lifting point positions obliquely pull and move the cable strand along the length direction of the cable strand, so that the time lag effect during erection of the midspan cable strand is eliminated, and the cable strand is ensured not to loosen and twist.
