The invention discloses a cement-soil occlusion mixing pile vertical shaft fore shaft construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, preparation before construction: leveling a site, removing obstacles on the ground, and preparing cement and construction tools required by construction; s2, measuring and setting out; s3, a pile machine is in place, the pile machine is installed and debugged after being transported to a construction site, the pile machine is transferred to a designated pile position after debugging is correct, a drilling rig is straightened, and it is ensured that the perpendicularity error of a pile body is not larger than 1/150; s4, preparing cement slurry, namely weighing various materials with corresponding quantity by adopting calibrated weighing and metering equipment, and mixing and stirring to prepare the cement slurry; s5, guniting is conducted, a double-spraying and double-stirring construction technology is adopted, a drill rod of a stirring machine cuts soil downwards, a slurry feeding pump sprays cement slurry to the soil body, and pouring of a single pile body is completed; s6, pile position meshing is conducted, specifically, the pile machine is moved to the next pile, it is ensured that the preset meshing distance is reached between the two piles, and the step S5 is repeated for construction till pouring of all pile bodies is completed; and S7, concrete at the top of the locking opening is excavated and poured.
