Post-grouting PHC pipe pile and construction method thereof
The post-grouting PHC pipe pile comprises an upper-section PHC pipe pile body, a lower-section PHC pipe pile body, an upper-section grouting pipe body and a lower-section grouting pipe body, the upper-section grouting pipe body and the lower-section grouting pipe body are correspondingly arranged in the upper-section PHC pipe pile body and the lower-section PHC pipe pile body, the bottom end of the upper-section PHC pipe pile body is coaxially and fixedly connected with an annular disc I, and the top end of the lower-section PHC pipe pile body is coaxially and fixedly connected with an annular disc II. An annular grouting groove is formed in the butt joint portion of the annular disc I and the annular disc II, the lower end of the upper-section grouting pipe is fixed to the annular disc I and communicated with the annular grouting groove, the upper end of the lower-section grouting pipe is fixed to the annular disc II and communicated with the annular grouting groove, the bottom end of the lower-section PHC pipe pile is fixedly connected with a pile tip, and a grouting hole is formed in the pile tip. The lower end of the lower section grouting pipe is fixed to the pile tip and communicated with the grouting hole, and the grouting hole is provided with a plug which can be jacked open by grouting pressure. The upper end of the upper section grouting pipe is fixedly connected with the fixing ring; the construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction quality is improved.
