Steel pipe pile end post-grouting device and construction method thereof
The invention provides a steel pipe pile end post-grouting device and a construction method thereof, and the steel pipe pile end post-grouting device comprises a steel pipe pile which is driven to the designed depth of a soil body through a resonance-free hydraulic vibration hammer; the grouting pipe is vertically arranged in the steel pipe pile, the bottom end of the grouting pipe is located above the pile end of the steel pipe pile, a preset distance is formed between the bottom end of the grouting pipe and the pile end, and the top end of the grouting pipe is connected with grouting equipment through a grouting hose; and the sealing pile head is arranged at the pile top of the steel pipe pile and seals the pile top. The closed pile head is arranged on the pile top of the steel pipe pile to form the sealed space, the bottom end of the grouting pipe is located above the pile end, when grouting is conducted through the grouting pipe, grout can permeate into a soil body in the steel pipe pile and a soil body at the pile end, and the grout is returned to a certain extent along the periphery of the pile side along with increase of the grout injection amount; the soil body in the steel pipe pile, the pile end and the pile side soil body are reinforced, and an expanded head is formed at the pile end, so that the bearing capacity of a pile foundation is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种钢管桩桩端后注浆装置及其施工方法,钢管桩桩端后注浆装置包括:钢管桩,采用免共振液压振动锤打设至土体的设计深度处;至少一根注浆管,注浆管沿竖向设置在钢管桩内,且注浆管的底端位于钢管桩的桩端的上方且与桩端具有预设距离,注浆管的顶端通过注浆软管与一注浆设备连接;封闭桩头,设置于钢管桩的桩顶并密封桩顶。通过在钢管桩的桩顶设置封闭桩头以形成密封空间,由于注浆管的底端位于桩端的上方,在通过注浆管进行注浆时,浆液能够向钢管桩内土体和桩端的土体渗透,并随着浆液注入量的增加,浆液将沿着桩侧四周进行一定的返浆,加固钢管桩内土体、桩端和桩侧土体,在桩端形成扩大头,从而极大地提高桩基的承载力。
