One end of the reinforced geotechnical cloth wraps the tail anchoring beam, the other end of the reinforced geotechnical cloth wraps the head anchoring beam, and the middle anchoring beam is pressed on the reinforced geotechnical cloth and located over the center of the cross section of the embankment.
