Novel polyurethane pavement structure for steel bridge deck pavement and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of bridge deck pavement, and particularly discloses a novel polyurethane pavement structure for steel bridge deck pavement and a construction method thereof.The pavement structure comprises a base layer, a composite adhesive layer, a bearing layer, an anti-shear layer and a surface layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top, and the base layer is a steel plate layer; the composite adhesive layer comprises a polyurea adhesive layer close to the base layer and a polyurethane adhesive layer close to the bearing layer; the polyurethane adhesive layer is a hydroxyl-passing polyurethane adhesive layer, and hydroxyl is chemically connected with the bearing layer; the polyurethane adhesive layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 40 parts of polyether polyol, 0.5 to 3 parts of a gel type catalyst, 0.5 to 1 part of a defoaming agent, 40 to 60 parts of a polyurethane prepolymer and 10 to 25 parts of a plasticizer. In the pavement structure, the composite bonding layer is strongly bonded with the steel plate, so that water and tension are effectively prevented; the bearing layer absorbs the large deformation stress of the bridge deck with the excellent cooperative deformation capacity, and cracking is prevented.
