The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly discloses an early-dismantling formwork system suitable for a laminated slab and a using method.The early-dismantling formwork system comprises a plurality of sets of supporting rod pieces which are the same in structure and adjustable in axial length, and keel assemblies which are detachably installed on every two adjacent sets of supporting rod pieces and located at the bottom of a concrete structure; the keel assembly comprises transverse keels used for supporting the two ends of the laminated slabs and longitudinal keels used for sealing gaps formed by every two adjacent laminated slabs. The length of the supporting rod piece can be adjusted according to the height of a floor, and the supporting requirements of floors with different heights are met; the supporting tray assemblies move in the vertical direction, so that the transverse keels installed on the supporting tray assemblies and the longitudinal keels used for sealing the gaps formed by the two adjacent sets of laminated plates are removed, and the purpose of early removal is achieved; the device is convenient to mount and dismount, simple in structure and high in practicability.
