The invention discloses a preparation method of a corrosion-resistant insulating material. The corrosion-resistant insulating material is applied to the surface of an aluminum profile vertical oxidation clamp. By optimizing the components and the component proportion of the corrosion-resistant insulating material, after sintering treatment, a sintered body of crystal grains and crystal boundaries keeps the crystal boundary diffusion in an active state, an enough substance diffusion path is formed among particles, and then the material is densified through the crystal boundary diffusion, so that the corrosion-resistant insulating material is obtained. The corrosion-resistant insulating material with excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance is obtained, the preparation process is simple, and the operability is high. Besides, a corrosion-resistant insulating material is sprayed to the surface of the aluminum alloy vertical oxidation clamp through a plasma spraying process, and a formed coating not only has a remarkable corrosion-resistant effect and reduces chemical corrosion of the surface of the aluminum alloy vertical oxidation clamp, but also has excellent wear resistance, so that the service life of the aluminum alloy vertical oxidation clamp is prolonged.
