The waterproof structure comprises the existing structural column, a newly-built reservoir bottom plate, a steel frame column and an outer wrapped concrete layer; the newly-built pool bottom plate is provided with an avoiding opening penetrating through the existing structural column, and a raft foundation of the newly-built pool bottom plate is separated from a column body foundation of the existing structural column. The steel frame column is arranged on the outer side of the existing structural column in a sleeving mode, a gap is formed between the inner wall of the steel frame column and the outer wall of the existing structural column, and the bottom edge of the steel frame column is fixed to the edge of the receding opening; the outer wrapped concrete layer is poured between the bottom of the outer side wall of the steel frame column and the top face of the newly-built pool bottom plate, and waterproof treatment is conducted on the surface of the outer wrapped concrete layer.
