The invention provides an underwater repairing method and structure for a crack of hydraulic concrete. The underwater repairing method comprises the following steps that the concrete surface on the periphery of an opening of the crack is flattened; grooving and shaping the surface of the concrete along the opening of the crack to form a grouting groove, and reserving a grouting hole, wherein the grouting hole is communicated with the interior of the crack; grouting is carried out on the interior of the crack through the grouting hole under the preset pressure, the grouting groove is formed by modifying an opening cutting groove of the crack, the outer side of the grouting groove is covered with the water stop box, and the space between the grouting groove and the water stop box is filled with the water stop material, so that the opening of the crack is closed; and then grouting is conducted on the interior of the crack at the preset pressure to achieve sealing of the interior of the crack, so that rapid repairing of the underwater crack is achieved, the repairing quality is high, and the firmness after crack repairing is high.
