The invention discloses a sand-based bank slope stabilizing structure, which comprises a supporting structure supported on a slope of a sand-based bank slope; a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the supporting structure at intervals; the fixed pile is parallel to the vertical surface of the sand foundation bank slope, and a plurality of insertion grooves are formed in the fixed pile; one end of the fixing device penetrates through the insertion hole and extends to be inserted into the insertion groove, and the other end is clamped with the insertion hole; wherein a water guide area is arranged between the fixing pile and the fixing device, the fixing device comprises a first fixing structure located at the uppermost end and a plurality of second fixing structures arranged below the first fixing structure, the first fixing structure comprises a water guide structure and a water guide sand blocking layer arranged on the water guide structure, and the water guide structure is provided with a plurality of buffer strips; and the water guide port is communicated with the water guide area. The invention further discloses a construction method of the sand-based bank slope stabilizing structure. The method solves the problem of instability of the sand-based bank slope caused by sand slipping due to the pressure of the sand-based bank slope on the lower-layer side slope sand foundation under the gravity action of the upper-layer side slope sand foundation.
