Concrete cooling system
The invention provides a concrete cooling system which comprises a channel structure arranged in concrete and a heat pump cooling system arranged on the outer side of the concrete, the channel structure comprises a plurality of heat exchange modules connected in sequence, the channel structure is connected with the heat pump cooling system through a pipe structure, and the heat exchange modules are made of metal materials. The heat exchange module comprises a plurality of heat exchange pipes, every two adjacent heat exchange pipes are connected through a first series connection pipe, second connection holes are formed in the outer sides of the heat exchange pipes, and the two ends of the first series connection pipe are connected to the two different second connection holes respectively. The concrete cooling system provided by the invention can efficiently and quickly cool the high and large concrete structure wall.
本发明提供一种混凝土降温系统,包括设置在混凝土中的通道结构、设置在混凝土外侧的热泵冷却系统,通道结构包括若干的依次连接的换热模块,通道结构通过管结构与热泵冷却系统连接,换热模块为金属材质。换热模块包括若干个换热管,相邻的两个换热管通过串联管一连接,换热管的外侧设置有连接孔二,串联管一的两端分别连接在不同的两个连接孔二上。本发明提供的混凝土降温系统,能够高效快捷的冷却高大混凝土结构墙体。
