Wear-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), preparation method and homogeneous core-penetrating floor rubber
The invention discloses wear-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a preparation method and homogeneous core-penetrating floor rubber, and relates to the technical field of TPU materials. The wear-resistant TPU provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of TPU particles; 20-35 parts of an inorganic filler; 2-5 parts of polypropylene wax powder; and 1-2.5 parts of a silane coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the inorganic filler; s2, mixing the materials; and S3, extruding and granulating. The homogeneous core-penetrating floor rubber is prepared from the prepared wear-resistant TPU. According to the invention, the calcium carbonate whiskers and the polypropylene wax powder are partially embedded into abundant channels in the attapulgite, the attapulgite expands after absorbing moisture, the calcium carbonate whiskers and the polypropylene wax powder are uneven on the TPU surface, and the friction force is increased; the polypropylene wax powder forms a non-smooth granular layer on the surface of the TPU, so that an object can slide when passing through the TPU surface containing the polypropylene wax powder, the scratch to the area is reduced, and the effect of improving the wear resistance of the TPU is achieved.
