The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and lifting a track foundation in a plant workshop, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a lifting layer and a reinforcing layer below a track foundation, arranging grouting hole positions, lifting holes and grouting holes, and accurately arranging each monitoring point position. According to the method, through shallow layer grouting lifting, grouting is conducted in a small range, grout is solidified, lifting force is generated, and the track foundation is accurately and rapidly lifted; after the lifting of the track foundation is completed, grouting reinforcement is continuously performed on the soft foundation below the foundation, so that the bearing capacity and the deformation resistance of the foundation are enhanced, and the secondary settlement of the track foundation is avoided. The grouting hole positions are arranged in a row shape, and inclined punching and grouting are performed, so that the grouting pipe goes deep into the middle position of the bottom of the track foundation, grout can be utilized more effectively, and the purpose of accurate lifting is achieved; by arranging monitoring points, the displacement of the track and the terrace can be monitored at any time; displacement of a track monitoring point can be used as a standard for completing track lifting.
