The invention relates to the technical field of bridge substructure construction, in particular to a steel cover beam and concrete filled steel tube lattice pier connecting structure which comprises a steel cover beam body and a concrete filled steel tube lattice pier. The steel cover beam main body comprises two main beams which are arranged in parallel and a main beam connecting system which is positioned between the two main beams and is connected with the main beams; the main beam is of a single-box double-chamber structure; the main beam is connected with the concrete filled steel tube lattice pier in a socket and spigot joint manner; concrete is poured at the joint of the main beam and the concrete filled steel tube lattice pier, and concrete is poured in a box chamber structure of the main beam. The structure is high in stability, short in construction period and capable of well adapting to rapid change of the water level in a short time, and construction risks are reduced.
