The invention belongs to the field of garbage disposal and landfill, and relates to a landfill ecological closure covering system and a filtering and discharging plate laying method.The landfill ecological closure covering system comprises a first filtering and discharging plate, a clay layer, an HDPE film, a second filtering and discharging plate, a covering supporting soil layer and a nutrient soil layer which are sequentially arranged on a garbage layer; the filtering and discharging plate is composed of two layers, the lower layer is HDPE root thorn resistant protruding points, and the upper layer is filament non-woven geotechnical cloth. Considering the stability of a garbage heap body and the stability of a garbage dam body, on the premise that the effect of each functional layer is kept unchanged, the thickness of a structural layer of a covering system should be reduced as much as possible (the load of a covering layer is reduced). When the exhaust layer and the drainage layer of the closure covering system are changed from a rubble layer to a filtering and discharging plate, the structural thickness of the covering system can be at least optimized to be 58cm, the load can be greatly reduced, and the self-stability of the current garbage heap is avoided.
本发明属于垃圾处理填埋领域,涉及填埋场生态化封场覆盖系统及滤排板铺设方法,包括依次设置在垃圾层上的第一滤排板、粘土层、HDPE膜、第二滤排板、覆盖支持土层以及营养土层;滤排板由两层组成,下面一层为HDPE抗根刺凸点,上面一层为长丝无纺土工布。本发明从垃圾堆体的稳定性、垃圾坝体的稳定性考虑,各功能层的功效保持不变的前提下,覆盖系统结构层厚度应该尽量减小(减少覆盖层的荷载)。封场覆盖系统的排气层、排水层由碎石层变更为滤排板时,覆盖系统的结构厚度至少可以优化58cm厚,可以大大的减轻荷载,避免现状垃圾堆体的自稳性。
