Due to the fact that the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring are made of ceramic, the mechanical property of the knuckle bearing at the high temperature is improved, meanwhile, due to the fact that the Ti-doped diamond-like composite coating has the good self-lubricating property under the high-temperature working condition, the high-temperature friction coefficient of the friction surface can be reduced, and the high-temperature abrasion resistance of the material is enhanced; the lubricant is deposited on the surface of the inner ring of the knuckle bearing as a solid lubricant, so that the frictional wear performance of the knuckle bearing under high-temperature non-lubrication conditions can be effectively improved. The Ti transition layer is further arranged between the outer spherical surface of the bearing inner ring and the Ti-doped diamond-like coating, so that the coating deposited on the outer spherical surface of the bearing inner ring has better self-lubricating performance while ensuring that the coating has better binding force, the contact surface of the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring is prevented from being violently abraded when the knuckle bearing is under a high-temperature working condition, and the service life of the knuckle bearing is prolonged.
