Coal gangue-based permeable filling material and mine water purification method thereof
The invention discloses a coal gangue-based permeable filling material and a mine water purification method thereof, and belongs to the field of green mining and environment-friendly materials. The preparation method of the coal gangue-based permeable filling material comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing coal gangue, grinding, calcining, and carrying out mechanochemical modification to obtain activated coal gangue powder; and mixing and stirring the coal gangue aggregate, the activated coal gangue powder, an alkali activator, a molecular additive and water to obtain the coal gangue-based permeable filling material. The method for purifying the mine water comprises the following steps: filling the water-permeable filling material into a goaf by using the filling coal mining hydraulic support to form a water-permeable filling filter layer with the thickness of 5-50 meters, and filtering the mine water through the water-permeable filling layer to purify the mine water. The permeable filling material is good in permeability, excellent in mechanical property and high in adsorption performance on heavy metals such as Cu, Pb and Cr in mine water, and the mineralization degree of the mine water is reduced. The coal gangue can be utilized, and meanwhile the problem of mine water disposal is solved.
本发明公开了一种煤矸石基透水充填材料及其矿井水净化方法,属于绿色采矿及环保材料领域。煤矸石基透水充填材料制备方法为:首先将煤矸石破碎、粉磨、煅烧、机械化学改性,得到活化煤矸石粉;然后将煤矸石骨料、活化煤矸石粉、碱激发剂、分子添加剂、水混合搅拌,得到煤矸石基透水充填材料。其净化矿井水方法为:利用充填采煤液压支架将透水充填材料充入采空区,形成厚度为5‑50米的透水充填过滤层,矿井水通过透水充填层过滤后得到净化。本发明的透水充填材料渗透性好,力学性能优异,对矿井水中Cu、Pb、Cr等重金属吸附性能强,并降低矿井水矿化度。本发明能够实现煤矸石利用的同时解决矿井水处置问题。
