The invention relates to a polypropylene glycol dimaleic anhydride coupling agent, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by using the coupling agent and application of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, maleic anhydride and polypropylene glycol are used as raw materials, the coupling agent polypropylene glycol dimaleic anhydride is obtained through a solvent-free esterification reaction, the coupling agent is mixed with isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether, hydrogen peroxide and deionized water to form a material C, and the material C is added into the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to prepare the polypropylene glycol dimaleic anhydride coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing deionized water, small monomer acrylic acid and a chain transfer agent to prepare a material A, uniformly mixing deionized water and a reducing agent to prepare a material B, adding the material A and the material B into a material C, continuously stirring for curing reaction for 1 hour after dropwise adding, and discharging to obtain the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The coupling agent polypropylene glycol dimaleic anhydride is prepared by adopting a solvent-free method, the cost is low, the process is simple, green and environment-friendly, and the polycarboxylic acid water reducer prepared by using the coupling agent has a coupling structure, can lock water molecules, is endowed with a water retention function, and has a good water retention effect. The limestone machine-made sand concrete using the water reducer has the characteristics of water retention, slump loss resistance and good workability.
本发明涉及一种聚丙二醇二顺酐酯偶联剂、使用该偶联剂制备的聚羧酸减水剂及其应用,以顺酐和聚丙二醇为原料,通过无溶剂酯化反应得到偶联剂聚丙二醇二顺酐酯,使用该偶联剂与异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚、双氧水和去离子水混合成C料,将去离子水、小单体丙烯酸、链转移剂混合均匀配制成A料,将去离子水、还原剂混合均匀配制成B料,将A料和B料加入C料中,滴加完毕后继续搅拌熟化反应1h,出料即得聚羧酸减水剂。本发明采用无溶剂法制备偶联剂聚丙二醇二顺酐酯,成本低廉,工艺简单,绿色环保,使用该偶联剂制备的聚羧酸减水剂具有偶联结构,能锁住水分子,赋予减水剂保水功能,应用该减水剂的石灰石质机制砂混凝土具有保水、保坍和和易性好的特点。
