The middle of a transverse communicating pipe of a pump body is connected with a first branch pipe, an outer port of the communicating pipe is vertically connected with a second branch pipe, an upper port of the first branch pipe is connected with a pressure chamber, an upper port of the second branch pipe is connected with a drainage chamber, and an inner port of the communicating pipe is connected with a desilting chamber; one end of the water conduit is connected with the upper part of the desilting chamber, the other end of the water conduit inclines upwards and is connected into the reservoir water body from the bottom of the reservoir dam body, one end of the pressure pipe is connected with the lower part of the pressure chamber, and the other end of the pressure pipe extends into the reservoir water body from the upper part of the reservoir dam body; the lower port of the pressure chamber is provided with a pressure valve, the lower port of the desilting chamber is provided with a desilting valve, and the lower port of the drainage chamber is provided with a drainage valve; the device concentrates the energy of the water flow out of the reservoir to generate high-pressure water flow to dredge the reservoir, the energy conversion efficiency is high, the utilized energy is water flow kinetic energy converted from gravitational potential energy of the water flow out of the reservoir, and the device has the advantages of low carbon and environmental protection.
