Novel angle steel shear connector laminated slab and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a novel angle steel anti-shear connector laminated slab which comprises a prefabricated bottom plate layer, a plurality of angle steel anti-shear connectors and a cast-in-place concrete layer, an embedded reinforcing mesh is arranged in the prefabricated bottom plate layer, and the bottom ends of the angle steel anti-shear connectors are welded and fixed to the embedded reinforcing mesh. The top end of the angle steel shear connector extends upwards out of the top end face of the prefabricated bottom plate layer, the cast-in-place concrete layer is arranged on the top end face of the prefabricated bottom plate layer in a pouring forming mode, the top end of the angle steel shear connector is arranged in the cast-in-place concrete layer in an embedded mode, and reinforcing rib parts are arranged on flange plate walls on the two sides of the angle steel shear connector. The angle steel shear-resistant connecting pieces and the reinforcing rib parts are designed on the laminated plate, so that the shear resistance and the bending bearing capacity of the laminated surface of the plate in the loading stage are ensured, the rigidity and the integrity of the plate are improved, and the development of cracks is inhibited.
