A construction method for an anti-leakage wall separation ditch in a tunnel is different from a traditional concrete pouring manufacturing method, a round pipe is pre-buried in a side wall when the side wall is manufactured, then a long-strip-shaped groove is formed in the side wall, the lower half portion of the round pipe is cut off to obtain a first arc pipe, and when concrete and a reinforcement cage are used for manufacturing a ditch base subsequently, the long-strip-shaped groove is formed in the side wall; a second arc pipe extending into the side wall is installed at the top, the connecting position of the second arc pipe and the first arc pipe is welded and fixed, a waterproof layer is laid on the inner circumferential face of the arc pipe, the second arc pipe and the first arc pipe are connected into a whole through the construction method, the gap between the side wall and the ditch is completely filled, and the waterproof layer is laid on the inner circumferential face of the second arc pipe. Condensate water or seeping water on the wall can all fall into the wall separation ditch, the phenomenon that the condensate water or seeping water enters the subway station through gaps is avoided, the normal drainage function is achieved, meanwhile, the water leakage risk is avoided, and meanwhile normal operation of an internal subway is guaranteed.
一种隧道内防渗漏离壁沟的施工方法,不同于传统混凝土浇筑制作方法,预先在侧墙制作时在内部预埋圆管,然后在侧墙内开设长条槽,将圆管下半部切除得到第一弧管,后续在使用混凝土和钢筋笼制作沟渠底座时,在顶部安装伸入到侧墙内部的第二弧管,并将第二弧管和第一弧管的连接处进行焊接固定,并在弧管内周面上铺设防水层,上述施工方法让第二弧管和第一弧管连接为一体,并将侧墙和沟渠之间的缝隙完全填补,墙壁上的冷凝水或渗水会全部落到离壁沟内,杜绝经由缝隙进入到地铁站内部,在实现正常排水功能的同时,避免了渗漏水风险,同时确保了内部地铁的正常营运。
