The low-temperature calcined clinker is regulated and controlled through the high-temperature calcined clinker, so that the composite system has the characteristics of early strength, high strength and stable strength development, and the machine-hour yield can be increased, the production efficiency can be improved, the production energy consumption can be reduced, the proportion of the produced clinker can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced; in the preparation method, one part of the combined grinding mixed material participates in the grinding process, so that the whole powder system forms good particle size distribution and grading composition, the hydration characteristic of each part is better exerted, and the strength is improved.
本发明涉及一种熟料分步煅烧和粉料多级配复合水泥及其制备方法,按质量份数计,包括如下原料:低温煅烧熟料40~60份,高温煅烧熟料5~15份,石膏4~6份,联合粉磨混合材15~30份,其他混合材10~15份,助磨剂0.02~0.2份。本发明通过高温煅烧熟料对低温煅烧熟料进行调控使复合体系具有早强、高强以及强度发展稳定的特点,有联合粉磨混合材和其他混合材等物质加入,能增加台时产量,提高生产效率,降低生产能耗,降低生产熟料占比,降低成本;制备方法中使联合粉磨混合材的一部分参与到粉磨过程中,使整个粉料体系形成良好的粒径分布和级配复合,更好的发挥各部分水化特性,提高强度。
