The invention relates to a polyurethane photovoltaic support and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the photovoltaic support, polyurethane resin and modified fibers are adopted as main raw materials, and a material A and a material B which are prepared in advance are metered and mixed through a polyurethane glue injection machine and then injected into a heating mold to be formed. Compared with a traditional unsaturated resin system, the technological process is simplified, the production efficiency and precision are improved, no processing agent or filler needs to be added, and the prepared photovoltaic support has the advantages of being light in weight, high in strength, resistant to corrosion, good in weather resistance and the like and is suitable for being applied to various photovoltaic systems.
