The trolley ascending/descending oil cylinder is controlled through a trolley ascending/descending control proportional multi-way valve; the hydraulic power source provides hydraulic oil for the grinding angle adjusting control valve set, the grinding stone ascending/descending control proportional multi-way valve, the grinding beam rotation control proportional multi-way valve, the grinding beam bolt locking/releasing control valve set, the grinding stone buckle locking/releasing control valve set and the trolley ascending/descending control proportional multi-way valve. It can be guaranteed that in the grinding operation process of the grinding wagon, the grinding angle of the grinding mechanism is adjusted; lifting, putting down and pressurizing the millstone; rotating the polishing beam; locking and unlocking a polishing beam bolt; the millstone buckle is unlocked and locked; and the trolley is lifted, put down, pressurized and the like, so that the grinding function is realized.
