The invention discloses waste asphalt mixture stripping equipment which comprises a heating box, a box door and a bottom plate, the heating box is hinged to one end of the top of the bottom plate, the box door is hinged to the end of the heating box, and a rotary heating assembly is installed in the heating box. The rotary heating assembly comprises a heating cylinder, and a driving motor, a driving gear, a rotary gear ring, a mounting plate, a mounting gear ring and a fixed gear ring which are used for driving the heating cylinder. Through use of a driving motor, a driving gear, a rotating gear ring, a mounting plate, a mounting gear ring, a fixed gear ring, a heating cylinder and a driving strip, the heating cylinder can rotate along the center of the mounting plate and can also rotate along the center of the heating cylinder, waste asphalt can be driven to rotate and scatter in the heating cylinder, and then rapid heating of the waste asphalt can be achieved; the heating effect of the waste asphalt is improved, and accumulation of the waste asphalt in the heating process is avoided.
