Steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filled concrete pier column and construction method thereof
According to the steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filled concrete pier column and the construction method thereof, a corrugated steel plate inner shell is of a corrugated structure and serves as a disassembly-free inner formwork to be prefabricated together with a UHPC outer shell, and a column-shell combined structure is formed; shear nails are uniformly distributed on the inner wall and the outer wall of the corrugated steel plate inner shell and are used for connecting the UHPC outer shell and the cast-in-place concrete column in the UHPC outer shell; the column shell is embedded and fixed to the top of a bearing platform or the ground through an embedding and fixing section at the bottom of the column shell, a reinforcement cage is hoisted on site, and concrete is cast in place in an inner cavity formed by the column shell and the reinforcement cage. According to the structure and the method, the corrugated steel plate inner shell serves as an inner mold for prefabricating the UHPC outer shell, and the construction procedure is simplified; the framework effect of the corrugated steel plate inner shell and the creasing effect generated by the corrugated structure of the corrugated steel plate inner shell improve the rigidity and the bearing capacity of the mold shell, and the problem that a thin-wall UHPC column shell is prone to warping and damage in the transportation and use process is solved. The shear nails arranged on the column shell structure improve the connection strength between interfaces, so that the column shell structure has higher integrity compared with a traditional column shell structure.
