A device for automatically extruding and forming a concrete channel in a drainage channel. The device includes a frame having a support rail for positioning the device on a drainage ditch; the concrete receiving hopper is connected to the frame so as to convey the received concrete into a drainage ditch and form a ditch shape; a mold having a projection positioned below the top of the frame for perfecting the surface of the concrete channel and configured to be received in the hollow mating portion of the transverse reciprocating piston to shape the received concrete; the lever driver can be connected with the motor in a mechanical connection mode so as to drive the reciprocating piston. And the vibrator is matched with the concrete receiving hopper to push the received concrete into the ditch, and the concrete is formed by the mold.
